Principal – Ms Franceska Jordan AM
Ms Franceska Jordan AM has been working in the welfare, health and academic field for the past 30 years, as a consultant, social work clinician, educationalist, planner, administrator, advocate, researcher and trainer. Her focus is to provide for adequate research, policies, procedures and services within the community and for professional service providers, which includes the medical, legal and other professional bodies.
She has played a critical role in raising awareness of Alzheimer’s disease in the community and within the professions, founding and holding executive positions as past president of the Alzheimer’s Association of Queensland and Australia and executive member (vice –president) of Alzheimer’s Disease International.
She was instrumental in introducing Enduring Power of Attorney legislation in Queensland. Franceska was Director of Social Work and Welfare Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs and Princess Alexandra Hospitals Brisbane. She is an acknowledged expert in the welfare, health arena and has spoken and published extensively. Ms Jordan was awarded the Australian Medal (AM) in 1998 for her life- long work with the aged, Alzheimer’s disease, mental health and community care.

Franceska Jordan AM is now Director of the Golda Institute:- providing a vision for healthy Australians by promoting personal choice across life’s spectrum; to initiate and promote thoughtful, inclusive public discussion on the issues facing Australians in having healthy lives and relationships; provide training in physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing and communication; provide training in aged care and mental health.
Dr Karen Williams
Karen Williams is a Barrister at the private bar in Brisbane. She practices in elder, disability and mental health law. She has also worked extensively in Health and Mental Health Services, both as a Social Worker and an executive manager.
Karen is interested in assisting people to achieve in both their work and personal goals, by drawing upon their strengths and developing new strategies.
Dr Jane Collins
Dr Jane Collins is a Brisbane-based general practitioner with special interests in family medicine, pediatrics, mental health and nutrition. As a mother and doctor, she is committed to helping her patients manage illness and wellness, and believes in an holistic approach to health and wellbeing, embracing physical and emotional aspects to arrive at positive outcomes. In practice for twenty years, with a broad base of medical roles, Jane brings her knowledge and experience to Replenish Retreats, with particular emphasis on good nutrition as a key to achieving wholeness and wellness.
Ms Denise Hooker - BCST, BSc, EBW
Certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist
Denise’s background was initially in engineering and research. However her passion for understanding more about the body’s inbuilt intelligence, and her success in treating horses with Craniosacral therapy, led her to become a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist for people. Denise is a qualified BCST therapist with an Internationally recognised 2yr diploma and many post graduate studies in Craniosacral therapy and Chi Kung. Denise has a very down to earth nature and finds great reward in helping people reconnect to their inner health. Denise lives in Samford, Brisbane with her horses, dogs and partner.
Ms Margit Radcliffe
As a physiotherapist and massage therapist for over 25 years, Margit Radcliffe lived in Germany, Italy and Australia, where she worked with private clients, in hospitals and physiotherapy clinics, gave bodywork- and healing workshops and conducted relaxation and meditation groups. When body, mind and heart are tired, a gentle, holistic massage can bring the spark back, can rekindle self-healing and give you the warmth and nurturing you need, to keep going. Margit offers a full body massage on a warm waterbed, which guides the client into deep relaxation, and supports the release of physical and emotional pain. A full body massage takes about 1 hour.
Ms Coralia Salazar
Coralia Salazar was born in El Salvador and did her hospitality and cooking training in Mexico and Australia. Coralia has cooked for many people, companies and organisations and among them Prem Rawat, also called Maharaji, who when in Brisbane asks that Coralia cooks for him. Replenish retreats is fortunate to have Coralia prepare the meals for us as she brings nutritious, delicious and heart warming food to feed your body and soul.
